The anatomical models of doctor Louis Auzoux at the museum of the national veterinary school of Alfort

This article is a presentation of Louis Auzoux, french practitioner of the nineteenth century, and his revolutionary technique to produce anatomical models in papier mâché that can be dismantled. It describes some models of the Alfort veterinary school museum.
